Every system you run. One intelligence.
NexDok agents work where your data lives — on every continent — and extract it from your own database systems through queries your team certified. NexDok turns it into data you can trust, answers you can verify, and reports and documents you can govern.
Wherever your data lives, an agent can reach it.
Install NexDok Desktop next to each system — a plant in Bogotá, a warehouse in Madrid, a lab in Sydney. Pair it once with a one-time code. From then on, it pulls signed commands from NexDok, runs only certified, read-only queries against your own database, and returns governed results. NexDok never calls into your network.
From scattered data to governed documents — in one workspace.
Queries certified in each agent become datasets with business names, definitions, synonyms and field protection.
Relate certified datasets by key — orders and their deviations, for example — in a graph an Admin certifies.
Ask across up to 10 sources at once — datasets, documents and collections — with charts, tables and “how this was answered”.
AI-written reports with verified figures, Word documents from templates, scheduled and published as NexDok versions.
Ask across sites and systems. See exactly how it answered.

Sample data for illustration. Live questions on datasets require the Editor role.
Nobody asks a question about data no one has vouched for.
In NexDok Desktop, a single read-only SELECT is previewed and certified. Its fingerprint is locked.
Editors name fields in business terms, add definitions and synonyms, and decide what Ask and Reports may show.
Editors request certification; an Admin certifies or returns it. A certified dataset can’t be edited in place.
If the source query changes, the dataset leaves “Ready” and stops answering until someone revalidates it.
Classify each field from public to prohibited, and mask what shouldn’t be seen. Policies can only restrict, never widen.
The AI never writes your SQL. That’s the point.
Your question becomes a deterministic plan — measure, grouping, filters — run over the certified query.
Totals are exact across the whole source — or clearly declared as a lower bound.
Two date fields? An unnamed measure? NexDok asks which one you mean.
Questions, runs, certifications and pairings are written to the audit log.
Describe the report. NexDok writes it — with numbers it can prove.
An AI model drafts the narrative from the governed result. Any figure that isn’t in the result is rejected. Publish it as a versioned NexDok document — and it becomes askable too.
Join certified datasets by key and fill a Word template — for example, a batch certificate with its test tables.
Batch {{ordenes.NUM_ORDEN}}
Product: {{ordenes.PRODUCTO}}
{{repeat.desviaciones}} …
Ask the SOP and the system in one question.
The answer comes in sections — one per source, each with its own evidence — and says plainly that nothing was cross-matched automatically.

Data is extracted from the database systems you already run. Ask us about yours.
Admins pair and certify. Editors prepare datasets, ask live questions and build reports.
